James Horrax
Consultant (CTF Partners)
James joined CTF Partners as a Consultant in November 2008. Having previously worked as part of the successful communications team for Boris Johnson’s London Mayoral campaign. James then went on to assist senior political advisors to the new Mayor at City Hall during the transition period.
Having aided in this process, James joined Weber Shandwick and their public affairs department where, as an Account Executive, he provided research support for clients including Barclays, the Carbon Trust and Virgin Media.
His campaign experience includes both corporate and political and has seen him campaign at local, Mayoral and European levels of government.
He continues to provide logistical, policy and communications research support for the company’s UK clients, and has organised and staged a well-attended research presentation event at the Houses of Parliament.
James holds an Honours degree in International Politics.
